About the Role
Our Space assembly employees perform complex electronic assembly and soldering tasks on circuit cards and subassemblies.
Responsibilities
- Performing repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations following Work Instructions.
- Using hand and power tools to assemble products.
- Conducting in-process inspections to ensure conformance to IPC-610 standards.
- Working under a microscope and recording accurate build documentation.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass a VAST (visual acuity test).
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Focus on quality.
Preferred Skills
- Soldering and evaluating solder joints.
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards.
- Previous circuit card assembly experience.
