About the role

Performs assembly of moderate to complex parts using hand and power tools, with responsibilities focused on meeting Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) targets.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts according to specifications
  • Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently
  • Complete inspections to ensure quality standards
  • Record production data accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and dust
  • Minimal manufacturing experience
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to pass a tape measure test
