About the role
Performs assembly of moderate to complex parts using hand and power tools, with responsibilities focused on meeting Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) targets.
Responsibilities
- Assemble parts according to specifications
- Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Complete inspections to ensure quality standards
- Record production data accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and dust
- Minimal manufacturing experience
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to pass a tape measure test
