Pay: $17.84 - $26.49/hour
About the Role
Under moderate supervision, the Assembler I will assemble products for distribution in accordance with workmanship standards and customer specifications. This is a multi-hire position with 5 openings.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain stations to assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts, components, or units according to specifications and established manufacturing procedures.
- Assemble battery packs using Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing assembly line equipment to assemble units.
- Perform basic, standardized, and repetitive assembly operations by following detailed written or verbal instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
- Science, technology, or math background preferred.
Skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Ability to understand and adhere to all Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Ability to understand Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Instructions (WI), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Experience with a wide variety of hand tools.
