About the role

Dentsply Sirona is the world’s largest manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies. This role is based in York, PA, and involves assembling finished products according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and follow SOPs, Work Instructions, and drawings to determine assembly finish and special options.
• Check and maintain accurate inventory of sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners.
• Operate power and hand tools safely and follow machine controls and safety stops.
• Maintain a clean work environment and accurately document time and materials used.
• Operate scan guns for production order and inventory tracking.
• Communicate effectively in a team setting to meet production and quality goals.
• Raise and resolve safety, quality, and production issues promptly.
• Cross-train and rotate between different areas within the department.
• Meet production output goals and assist in training new employees.

Requirements

Previous manufacturing experience in a regulated industry is preferred. Basic computer skills and strong communication skills are also required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• No specific certifications or licenses required.

Skills

• Previous manufacturing experience in a regulated industry.
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

• Interpersonal skills to include customer-focused orientation.
