About the role

Cornwall Building Brands is seeking a Windows Assembler to join our team in Londonderry, NH. This position is based in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and requires a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assemble window frames, sashes, screens, and related components according to company specifications and quality standards.
• Use hand tools and power tools to cut, fit, and secure materials.
• Measure and verify dimensions to ensure accuracy and compliance with product specifications.
• Inspect parts and finished products for defects or quality issues; report any discrepancies.
• Install hardware such as locks, hinges, balances, and handles.
• Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Safely operate machinery and follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output goals.
• Perform basic maintenance or troubleshooting on assembly equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with Slimline products.
• A sense of urgency.
• Experience in manufacturing, carpentry, construction, or assembly is a plus.
• Ability to read measuring tape, follow instructions, and perform basic math.
• Skilled with hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
