What You’ll Do
- Perform simple repetitive bench assembly of parts and components.
- May use bolts, screws, clips and other fastening devices.
- Work under close supervision and may work from models, samples, or simple diagrams.
- Pick, pack and pull orders in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems as they arise.
- Supports all facility Continuous Improvement and LEAN initiatives.
Qualifications Required (Basic)
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal format in English.
- Able to stand on feet continuously during working shift.
- Able to regularly lift 35 pounds without assistance.
- Able to occasionally lift more than 35 lbs with assistance.
- Require fine manipulation of hands with repetitive motion.
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment as required by company policy and procedure.
