How You Will Contribute

• Select and repair shafts according to production orders.
• Check and repair surface imperfections.
• Review shop drawings for accuracy and drill/cut holes as required.
• Clean and prepare pole surfaces for manufacturing.
• Inspect parts regularly for quality.
• Troubleshoot and correct operational and quality issues.
• Labeled and covered chemical containers.
• Clean work area and equipment.
• Report defective materials, improper equipment operation, and unusual conditions.
• Follow safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Train and assist less experienced personnel.

Required Qualifications

• Proficient with tape measure and hand tools.
• Ability to read and follow written and oral directions.
• Ability to understand order prints and follow production schedules.
• Basic math skills including fractions and percentages.
• Ability to maintain supplies on a weekly basis.
• Standing for extended periods, reaching, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Working with and around chemicals/solvents and working in hot and cold environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
• Passion and integrity with a drive to excel and deliver exceptional results.
