How You Will Contribute
- Select and repair shafts according to production orders.
- Check and repair surface imperfections.
- Review shop drawings for accuracy and drill/cut holes as required.
- Clean and prepare pole surfaces for manufacturing.
- Inspect parts regularly for quality.
- Troubleshoot and correct operational and quality issues.
- Labeled and covered chemical containers.
- Clean work area and equipment.
- Report defective materials, improper equipment operation, and unusual conditions.
- Follow safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Train and assist less experienced personnel.

Required Qualifications
- Proficient with tape measure and hand tools.
- Ability to read and follow written and oral directions.
- Ability to understand order prints and follow production schedules.
- Basic math skills including fractions and percentages.
- Ability to maintain supplies on a weekly basis.
- Standing for extended periods, reaching, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Working with and around chemicals/solvents and working in hot and cold environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Effective troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
- Passion and integrity with a drive to excel and deliver exceptional results.
