Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment and a strong commitment to ensuring products meet company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured parts and finished goods - Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and inspection criteria - Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges - Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records - Identify defects and non-conformances and report findings to the appropriate teams - Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes - Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures - Maintain a clean and organized inspection area

Qualifications

- Minimum of 1+ year of quality control inspection experience in a manufacturing environment - Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings - Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment - Reliable, punctual, and quality-focused
