About the role
U-Haul Company is seeking an Assembler to join their manufacturing plant's production line. The ideal candidate will assemble components for trucks, trailers, and rental support items, adhering to U-Haul’s high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components for trucks, trailers and rental support items on a production line within given cycle times.
- Utilize proper tools to align drill, and secure components with fasteners.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Requirements
- Experience with air and hand tools a plus.
- Able to follow detailed written/verbal instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Able to work efficiently as part of a team.
- Regular attendance is essential.
Qualifications
Regular attendance is essential. Work Environment: The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts, machines, fumes or irritating chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.
