Position Overview
The Assembler will assemble mechanical water valves in a manufacturing environment while ensuring quality, safety, and production goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical water valves using hand and power tools.
- Perform quality inspections on completed products.
- Move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and other equipment.
- Document production and inventory activity.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of assembly experience (2+ years preferred).
- Paint spraying experience is highly preferred.
- Mechanics experience required.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
