About the role

The Assembler is responsible for putting together component parts or products according to blueprints or schematics. This role ensures that assembled items meet quality standards and supports the production line by maintaining efficiency and accuracy. This position follows established procedures and works under close supervision, with smaller or easier decisions made autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components using hand tools and equipment.
• Follow technical instructions and blueprints.
• Inspect assembled products for defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report issues to supervisors.
• Support inventory and materials tracking.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.

Requirements

• May require basic vocational training (or equivalent work experience) and up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
• Basic mechanical and tool-handling skills.
• Teamwork and communication abilities.
• Willingness to follow procedures and meet production targets.
