About the role
Join our team in Alachua, Florida as an Assembler and contribute to building high-quality drilling rigs used worldwide to extract critical resources.
Responsibilities
- Assemble large and heavy components using hand and power tools.
- Follow blueprints, work instructions, and checklists to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Perform hydraulic connections and ensure proper fit and fastening of parts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, and Planning.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis without sponsorship.
- 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOMs.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Positive attitude, strong attendance, and willingness and ability to work overtime.
Physical & Safety Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb throughout the workday.
- Frequently lift and move items over 50 lbs.
- Must wear required PPE and successfully complete fit-for-work assessments (audiogram, lift test, physical exam).
- Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
