Assembler

About the role

Reeb® Millwork an SBP Brand is seeking an Assembler to join their VALUES-based organization. The position offers flexibility and trust in employee expertise, skills, and actions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble semi-custom single door units using kitted frame parts and prepped doors
• Prepare material for assembly with exact measurements
• Operate multiple saws to cut material accurately
• Read and follow work orders to ensure accurate assembly
• Make necessary repairs or adjustments to maintain quality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic computer skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor
• Knowledge of basic woodworking techniques

Skills

• Proficiency with various hand and power tools
• Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Benefits

• Competitive pay starting at $16.00 an hour, up to $18.50 an hour based on experience
• Weekly pay schedule: Monday to Friday - 1st Shift
