Assembler

About the role

We are seeking an experienced electromechanical assembler capable of performing IPC-compliant crimping, soldering, hardware installation (screws, bolts, nuts), and routing wires of all gauges on a variety of electromechanical subassemblies.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and detailed work instructions to create initial layouts
• Operate hand and power tools, jigs, saws, and torque equipment
• Conduct continuity checks on work-in-process and finished parts
• Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production tasks
• Conduct online quality inspections per specifications
• Disassemble, modify, rework, and/or reassemble assemblies in development

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience (aerospace, defense, industrial, or automotive)
• Experience utilizing IPC610
• Experience reading engineering drawings
• Experience soldering
