Full-time position available on all shifts with a rotating schedule: 2 days ON, 2 days OFF, 3 days ON, 2 days OFF.
About the role
As an Assembler Level 1, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by assembling components and subassemblies to create finished products. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, impacting production efficiency and product quality through accurate assembly and adherence to standard operating procedures. You will work as part of a team to meet production targets and contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components and subassemblies according to blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
- 6+ months experience in manufacturing.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to stand for a 12-hour shift.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status) due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of assembly processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role.
- Basic knowledge of quality control principles.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Schedule
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (includes a $2/hour shift differential)
