About the role

To assemble electric wheelchairs and materials. Work with assembly and improvement work in our production unit, where a significant part is meeting our daily goals with the priority of Safety, Quality, Supplies, and Cost. The work takes place in different positions within the team. Ensure assembly is done according to current instructions in the safest, easiest, and most efficient way. Contribute to achieving daily goals through cross-functional collaboration, ownership, continuous improvement, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electric wheelchairs and related materials according to current instructions.
• Work within a production team to meet daily goals with a focus on Safety, Quality, Supplies, and Cost.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of tasks to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Ensure assembly processes are performed in the safest, easiest, and most efficient manner.

Requirements

• High school degree, preferably technical/mechanical.
• Practical and theoretical knowledge of assembly, drawing, and basic computer skills.
• Basic experience in assembly.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.

Pay

The expected pay range for this role is $18.00 – $20.00 per hour. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm (overtime may be required based on business needs).
