Assembler
Role Overview
Join our specialized SI team, assembling large systems for major clients like Motorola. Tasks include rack assembly, cable installation, and cable building in a clean, customer-facing area of our facility.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and mount rack components (2–50 lbs; team lift >50 lbs)
- Install and route cables in racks (using hand/power tools, ladders up to 9 ft)
- Build and label cables (seated work, ~40 sets/day)
- Follow detailed instructions and quality standards
- Must have electrical assembly experience to be considered
Physical Requirements
- Stand/walk most of shift (seated for cable building)
- Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted; team assist heavier items
- Use hand/power tools; work on ladders
- Steel-toed shoes required
Preferred
- Making/manufacturing/warehouse experience
- Familiarity with RF scanners, tools, and diagrams
