Assembler

About the role

This position involves assembling and kitting high-quality products according to detailed instructions and ensuring quality and inventory integrity.

Responsibilities

• Build, verify, and prepare kits according to work instructions, manufacturing orders, and bills of materials.
• Inspect parts for defects or damage and use scanners or computers to double-check part numbers and quantities.
• Pick parts and production materials efficiently, returning and putting away inventory to its proper locations.
• Identify and promptly report missing, incorrect, or damaged parts to your Lead, Supervisor, or support teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while adhering to all company safety and quality guidelines.

Requirements

• A high school diploma/GED OR 6+ months of relevant production, assembly, or warehouse experience.
• Prior experience using hand tools or power tools, plus basic computer or scanner proficiency.
• Strong basic math skills (counting, adding, subtracting) and an exceptional eye for matching part numbers and labels.
• The ability to multitask, follow written procedures, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to handle moderate to heavy physical activity, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 100 pounds.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Standard 40-hour workweek applies; overtime and weekend hours could be possible. Working hours are spent entirely within a warehouse environment.

Physical Demands

• Able to perform tasks that include lifting up to 100 pounds, standing, and bending for up to 10 hours daily.
• Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, wet/humid conditions, extreme cold, extreme heat, high places, outside weather, and vibration.
