This position is part of Kärcher’s team dedicated to providing innovative cleaning solutions. As a valued member of our workforce, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow work instructions, standardized work, and quality checkpoints
• Show basic (SAP/EWM) knowledge to locate parts
• Show basic Trimming and blue print reading skills
• Understand taping system
• Understand ISO procedures and where to locate them

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years related experience
• Familiarity with hand tools is preferred but not required

Qualifications

• Ability to work around heavy machinery and forklifts
• Operate and drive machinery

Skills

• Proficiency on various tools within 90 days
• Physical demands including standing, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working around moving mechanical parts
• Work environment includes exposure to airborne particles, high noise levels, and proper protective equipment required

Pay

$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
