About the role

As an Assembler on the Erecting Team, you will assemble complex grinding machines and mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment. You must be available to work 2nd Shift as required by operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret assembly drawings, hydraulic diagrams, and written/verbal instructions to build machines, sub-assemblies, hydraulic piping, and component hookups.
• Safely operate forklifts, hand trucks, overhead cranes, and rigging equipment in accordance with safety standards.
• Inspect parts and completed work to identify defects, verify quality specifications, and distinguish between mechanical and hydraulic components.
• Complete production, quality, and documentation forms to maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, particularly with machine tools like grinding machines.
• Ability to use a wide variety of hand, power, and air tools.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and commitment to an innovative work environment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States; background check and drug screen required.

Pay

$22 – $25 per hour (rate commensurate with experience).
