Assembler

Essential Duties

• Perform manual assembly processes according to procedures
• Upholds SPG and Dupont vision and core values
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Required: High School diploma or its equivalent and passing basic skills test
• May be required to complete formal training and certification in area of specialty
• Ability to problem solve, identify errors, deviations from procedures, and defective parts
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and thoroughness
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity
• Ability to comprehend and comply with company safety and quality standards
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Responsible for understanding and complying with all SPG and Dupont safety policies and procedures

Preferred

• Experience working in manufacturing
