Primary Responsibilities
- Assemble parts for finished product from assembly drawings
- Use hand-tools or machines to assemble
- Debur parts using hand-tools, rotary filers, and machine barrel tumblers
- Use a grinding machine or perform swaging operations, which may require enrollment and compliance with the company's hearing conservation program
- Fill out inspection, work orders, and process records
- Meet established quality and production levels
- Read simple prints
- Follow work orders and labor tracking process
- Pack, crate and prepare for shipping
- Inspect own work with standard gaging
- Maintain quality and production standards
- Maintain a safe and clean work area
- Work cooperatively with other employees to meet department and company goals
Other Duties
Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors or management to support departmental and organizational objectives.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Must be able to operate the following equipment: drill press, kick press, power press, grinding equipment, and test equipment
- Computer literacy required
- Prior experience in manufacturing environment preferred
- Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent attendance and ability to work on feet for extended periods of time
- Good dexterity, basic math skills, and the ability to read and write English competently
- Must be able to follow instructions and read assembly drawings
- Must be willing and able to work cooperatively as well as independently, with minimum supervision
- Good judgment

Team Members in this position must be a U.S. Person, as defined by U.S. export control laws.
Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
- The Team Member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- The Team Member must occasionally climb up to 10 steps and/or 9' high on a ladder
