About the role
The primary function of the Assembler is to properly assemble product stored in the Mezzanine which includes chairs, entertainment centers, desks, tables, etc. Other responsibilities include: Maintain clean and safe work area. Report any issues (manufacturing or otherwise) to the Supervisor/Manager. Inspection and dispositioning of returned assembled product. All other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a Warehouse atmosphere.
- Prior assembly experience preferred.
- Good hand eye coordination and Exceptional hand/arm agility.
- Strong interpersonal and human relations skills.
- Able to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position.
- Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s.
Qualifications
- Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, push and handle and move items weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance.
- Able to move throughout all areas of the distribution center.
- Standing, walking, lifting, and arranging product: 90%
- Sitting: 5%
- Desk or phone work: 5%
Skills
- Good hand eye coordination and exceptional hand/arm agility.
- Ability to safely and effectively utilize basic hand tools to assist in assembling products.
- Strong interpersonal, human relations, and communication skills.

Pay
Starting hourly pay at $16.00 - $19.00/hour (Based on experience).
