Assembler

About the role

We are searching for entry-level Assemblers to work 1st shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) Monday through Friday. In this role, you will help move a product towards the consumer market by assembling, packaging, and performing other steps along the production line of various medical devices. You will adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA, ISO, and environmental requirements while following safety guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Work on required manufacturing shop orders and workload.
• Maintain appropriate training as required by the company.
• Ensure production accuracy and quality.
• Accurately follow manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
• Ensure proper material availability for assigned manufacturing work.
• Assist Engineering personnel with process and equipment validation/qualification plans and protocols.
• Support execution of validation plans, including testing and data collection.
• Provide problem-solving support to manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality and Development departments.
• Perform other responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have transportation to work on-site in Mansfield, MA.

Qualifications

• Zero to three (0-3) years’ experience in manufacturing operations with medical devices (desired).
• Knowledge and experience with GMP, ISO, FDA, and quality standards (desired).
• Experience with manufacturing documentation such as Bill of Materials (BOM), shop orders, routers, and maintenance of manufacturing metrics (desired).
• Experience in a Clean Room environment (desired).

Skills

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to understand manufacturing documentation (e.g., BOM, shop orders, routers).
• Ability to remain productive under indirect supervision and follow verbal/written instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Basic mathematical aptitude.

Pay

Hourly position with an annual salary range of $40,000 to $45,000 (USD). The actual salary offered will be based on experience, skills, qualifications, market considerations, and geographic location.

Schedule

1st shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
