About the role

The Lennox factory in Marshalltown, IA is hiring for various positions including Assemblers, Machine Operators, Fork Lift Drivers, and Brazers. Positions are available on-site in Marshalltown, IA.

Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision in the assembly of units or fabricated parts.
• Tasks are routine and repetitive.
• Ability to work well with others, work overtime, and have good attendance is a must.
• Must be able to move at least 20 pounds.
• Must be able to read and understand English.

Requirements

• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Some previous basic training, knowledge, or skill.
• Basic shop skills and equipment operation knowledge.
• Must be able to read, understand, and apply customer specifications.
• Must be able to safely and effectively use a variety of tools, identify unit components, install insulation, and make labels per instructions.
• Must be able to move at least 20 pounds.
• Must be able to read and understand English.

Pay

This is an hourly non-exempt role. The salary range for this role and market starts at $20.13 hourly. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual’s tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are not eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees may earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).

Schedule

Most current open roles are for Assemblers on first shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) and second shift (3:30 p.m. - 12 a.m.). Some minimal positions are open for other areas or shifts.
