Assembler A

Responsibilities

• Assembles electronic components, assemblies, subassemblies by working from samples, visual aids, prints, routing instructions and process sheets using appropriate tooling
• Verifies results to ensure conformance with requirements and performs rework as needed
• Continuous on job training of various processes and procedures
• Mixing a variety of epoxies in preparation of installing, bonding, and finishing assembly
• Cleaning parts and electronic assemblies per Work Instructions
• Performing mechanical assembly operations in the build of motor assemblies using standard measuring tools and techniques
• Performing mechanical and electrical assembly operations on product of varying complexity in both ESD or non-ESD environment; This may include, but is not limited to basic soldering, hand tools, testing equipment, working with wiring, magnets, bonding, cleaning
• Exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining best results
• Performing soldering work according to work procedures and drawing and schematic standards and requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in area of responsibility
