Assembler - 2nd Shift

Job Summary

Reeb® Millwork, an SBP Brand, is seeking an 2nd Shift - Assembler for its Wood and Steel door shop. This position is part of a values-based organization committed to serving people first and operating with a moral compass.

Responsibilities

• Assemble semi-custom single door units using kitted frame parts and prepped doors
• Prepare material for assembly with exact measurements
• Operate various saws to cut material accurately
• Read and follow work orders to ensure accurate assembly
• Make necessary repairs or adjustments to maintain quality
• Strive to meet team efficiency goals for production while maintaining quality
• Label completed quality products
• Conduct all activities safely, adhering to company safety standards
• Affirm proper housekeeping and organization

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing or assembly work preferred
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
