Assembler - 2nd shift

AriensCo is excited to hire motivated Assemblers to join our 2nd shift team in Brillion, WI!

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of machine and tools
• Liv[e and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
• Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling outdoor power equipment
• Perform any assembly-type functions using hand or power tools
• Operate equipment needed to perform the job
• Strict adherence to standard work
• Absorb[ly assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals
• Able to problem solve effectively
• Able to communicate

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 10 hours a day
• Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs at varying frequencies
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
• Capable of adhering to Standard Work
• Able to work as part of a team
• Desire for personal development and growth

Pay & Benefits

• Starting at $20.00/hour plus $4.00 shift premium — $24.00/hour total plus $4,000 sign on bonus
