Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components according to blueprints and technical drawings.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure assembled products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Perform data entry tasks, including logging assembly processes, product specifications, and quality control results.
• Operate screw machines and other assembly equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize assembly processes.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on assembly procedures, quality control methods, and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and implement effective solutions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest ways to enhance product quality and assembly efficiency.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven experience with data entry, safety protocols, quality inspections, and screw machines.
• Strong ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and safety.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members and departments.
• A proactive approach to work, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and take the initiative to implement changes.
• Physical stamina and dexterity, with the ability to stand for long periods and handle small parts and tools.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent. A certificate or degree in a related field is a plus.

Pay

$20 - $22 per hour
