Assembler - 2nd Shift
About the Role
We are seeking an Assembler to join our HVACR AMER.US.Lebanon Assembly team on the 2nd shift. This role involves manual duties related to placing parts on an assembly line process, checking defined machine specifications, and performing other related functions.
Responsibilities
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment, complying with safety rules
- Executes job tasks as defined in work instructions posted in the assigned work area (OMS document)
- Demonstrates flexibility to perform Non-Standard Work as directed by the floor leader
- Places component parts on the assembly line as required by the OMS (Operations Method Sheet)
- Achieves training milestones and completes training protocols
- Acquires knowledge and performs work at multiple workstations or work areas assigned
- Assists in training other colleagues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods
- Frequently required to stand, walk, reach overhead, grasp, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Must meet job standards for visual ability, speaking, and hearing in a manufacturing environment
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds
- Work in an environment with flashing lights, random noises, horns, and alarms
