Sterling Engineering is hiring an Assembler for a well-established manufacturing company in West Palm Beach. What You'll Do: Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand and power toolsFollow blueprints, work instructions, and production specificationsInspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are metUse measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and resistance metersPackage finished products for shipmentMaintain a clean and safe work areaWork with your team to meet daily production goals What We're Looking For: Previous manufacturing or assembly experienceElectrical or mechanical trade school experience is a plusComfortable using hand tools and power toolsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to read and follow work instructionsReliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Physical Requirements: Stand for most of the shiftLift up to 35 pounds on a regular basisPerform repetitive hand movements throughout the dayBend, reach, push, pull, and handle materials safely
