About the role

Associates support various stages of the manufacturing process, including assembly, machine operation, material handling, and quality checks. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, following detailed instructions, and maintaining consistent productivity throughout their shift. Training is provided, and individuals who demonstrate strong performance may have opportunities to cross-train and advance within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Operating manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Assembling components according to specifications
• Performing quality inspections and reporting defects
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following all company safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Willingness to learn and adapt to production needs
• Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills
