Assembler (1st Shift)
Job Purpose
Perform manufacturing processes to produce Graco spray guns and fluid handling equipment.
Essential Duties
- Set up, assemble, repair, test and package sub-assemblies and finished products.
- Maintain required work quality and output.
- Operate test equipment to ensure product meets all required test specifications.
- Maintain and report inventory accuracy.
- Understand and follow established Graco safety requirements.
- May be required to train or direct work of co-workers.
- Maintain housekeeping and organization of the department and work area.
- May be required to perform minor maintenance of equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including shipping/receiving functions, material handler etc.
Position Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing and/or assembly experience.
- Computer operation skills at an intermediate level.
- A good understanding of blueprints, and ability to read and follow operation layout instructions.
- Ability to set up and perform operations where quality, tolerances, and operation sequence are of critical importance.
- Successful completion of established applicant tests.
- Ability to stand/walk/sit, for up to eight hours.
- Occasionally stoop, bend, lift and load up to 40 pounds.
- Frequent, repetitive elbow movements.
- Reaching, grasping, gripping and fine manipulation with hands is required.

Pay Range
The base pay range for this position is $20.40 - $25.60 per hour, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation.
