About the Role
As the Assembler, you will assemble generator sets and sub-assemblies that include both standard and non-standard product lines. You will use hand and power tools while following quality and procedural techniques in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic assembly duties using work instructions, drawings, and schematics in designated work areas.
- Recognize obvious defective or damaged parts, incorrect sizes, faulty workmanship, and general quality issues.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and adapt to process changes.
- Cross-train and assist in multiple assembly areas as needed.
- Follow safety, environmental, and company procedures; contribute to departmental continuous improvement.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship (we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time).
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand and power tools.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Basic ability to perform repetitive manufacturing tasks.
- Capable of solving practical problems and adapting to changing technology.
Mental & Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently.

Pay
$20.46 - $30.68 hourly (location: Mankato, MN).
