About the role
SkinHealth Systems builds its treatment devices — including the Hydrafacial platform — through the hands of skilled assembly teams. Every device that leaves the Long Beach facility goes to a real customer, which means getting the details right matters on every build. The Assembler I is the entry point into that team: you follow the procedures, keep your certifications current, and make sure the work you touch meets quality standards before it moves on.
Responsibilities
- Assemble complete products and sub-assemblies from components using hand and power tools — including wire strippers, crimpers, drills, and soldering stations — following manufacturing operating procedures (MOPs).
- Assemble kits while maintaining quality and following manufacturing operating procedures.
- Verify part numbers, materials, and completed assemblies for accuracy before they move to the next step.
- Spot and report product rejects and non-conforming (defective) items to the Production Lead right away, so defective units don't move further down the line.
- Keep your training certifications current for all relevant production lines and stations, including updated revisions.
- Record production activities accurately and on time so every device can be traced and meets quality standards.
- Keep a consistent work pace in line with standard work and takt time.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear your personal protective equipment (PPE) — including safety glasses, gloves, and ESD protection — throughout your shift.
- Join team improvement activities and training programs that help the floor work better.
- Work with your teammates to hit daily production goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to asking questions when clarity is needed.
