Assembler 1 - 1st Shift

About the role

This position is located at 7 Ledgewood Blvd, North Dartmouth, MA 02747.

Base pay starts at $17.75 per hour.

Schedule

1st Shift, Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Assemble component parts or pieces according to blueprints or schematics
• Verify correct quantities of components and perform quality checks on completed items
• Manage parts inventory
• Use hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce structurally sound products and structures
• Perform repetitive work while maintaining attention to detail
• Identify and segregate non-conforming product
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers
• Train other/new associates
• Lift up to 50 pounds continually, including above shoulder height and below the waist
• Maintain departmental housekeeping and 5S standards
• Assemble and fabricate product using company-supplied hand and power tools

Requirements

• Experience with staple guns, drills, and similar tools preferred
• Ability to bend and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually, including above shoulder height and below the waist
• Must be at least 18 years of age
