About the role

Pemko ASSA ABLOY is seeking individuals for various production roles within our Ventura, CA manufacturing facility. We are an industry leader in providing high-quality architectural door accessories.

Responsibilities

• Operate assembly lines, handling materials and components according to safety protocols
• Drive forklifts to transport materials between storage areas and production lines
• Operate various machines such as saws, punch presses, drills, and CNC mills to produce door accessories
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accurate inventory management
• Assist maintenance technicians in routine equipment checks and repairs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing or related field preferred
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer literacy

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Skills

• Proficiency with basic office software
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
• Understanding of industrial machinery operation
