Champion our valued customers to achieve their lifetime goals by identifying their financial needs, providing sound financial advice, recommending and implementing “fit for purpose” financial plans and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build trust with customers through consultative selling and customer-focused interactions.
- Manage customer feedback and strengthen customer relationships.
- Identify sales opportunities and qualify prospects using probing questions.
- Implement direct selling and strategic selling techniques.
- Utilize sales software and manage sales data effectively.
- Maintain strong oral communication and customer understanding.
Requirements
- NQF Level 4 – Grade 12, School Leaving Certificate, National or Occupational Certificate, or equivalent.
