Aspire Integration and Optimization Lead
About the role
The Integration & Optimization Lead is a highly organized, self-driven professional responsible for delivering a best‑in‑class “white glove” experience for affiliates across the Landscape Collective. Serving as a trusted advisor to newly acquired and existing affiliates, the role ensures successful business application integrations while driving operational excellence through continuous improvement. From acquisition through long‑term partnership, the Lead works alongside affiliate staff to implement core business applications, standardize operational processes, and optimize branch performance, championing the Collective's Best Management Practices (BMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and business workflows. In addition, the role provides operational support for business application and technology initiatives, including evaluating new software solutions, documenting business requirements and workflows, participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supporting API or systems integration projects. Success is measured by key outcomes: Aspire go‑live within 60 days of close, affiliate satisfaction scores > 4/5 post‑integration pulse survey, and 75% of branches operating on standardized workflows. The position reports to the VP of Integration and Optimization, and all employees are expected to carry out the company's purpose and demonstrate core values.
