Responsible for operating asphalt plants to produce high-quality asphalt mixtures. Works in a team environment to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate asphalt mixing equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor and adjust plant settings to meet production targets
- Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain plant operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience in asphalt plant operations
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using asphalt mixing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Skills
- Knowledge of asphalt mixing processes
