Asphalt Plant Operator

We are seeking a Plant Operator to manage machinery at an asphalt production facility. Key Responsibilities Include Operating plant equipment to ensure smooth production processes. Adhering to MSHA and company safety policies to maintain a safe work environment. Learning and understanding plant functions to perform assigned tasks effectively. Cross-training to support various roles within the plant. Performing physically active tasks outdoors, working around machinery, noise, weather conditions, and airborne particles. Qualifications And Skills Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently. Willingness to follow safety protocols and procedures. Physically capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to safety and detail. Ability to learn and adapt to different plant roles.
