Responsibilities
- Operate a wheeled loader safely to feed the asphalt plant during production cycles.
- Maintain a clean work environment by removing debris using the loader, skid steer, or shovel.
- Perform preventative maintenance on both the asphalt plant and mobile equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Absorb and assist with other production and maintenance activities, making every day diverse and engaging.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience operating a wheeled loader.
- A solid understanding of maintenance practices.
- A keen attention to detail to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- A strong work ethic and the physical ability to lift over 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to perform manual labor as directed by your supervisor.
