Asphalt Groundperson

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks such as raking, shoveling, and smoothing asphalt.
• Assist paver and roller operators in their duties.
• Set up and maintain traffic control and work zones.
• Clean and prepare job sites for paving activities.
• Follow strict safety procedures and use hand and small power tools.
• Work closely with crew members to ensure quality paving and timely project completion.
