Responsibilities

  • Developed and configured AspenTech AspenOne SCM solutions to support end-to-end supply chain planning, scheduling, and optimization initiatives.
  • Implemented and customized Aspen Supply Chain Planner (SP) to optimize supply planning, inventory levels, and distribution across manufacturing networks.
  • Configured and supported Aspen Collaborative Demand Management (CDM) for demand forecasting, demand collaboration, and consensus planning.
  • Designed and maintained Aspen Plant Scheduler (PS) to develop optimized production schedules while maximizing plant capacity and resource utilization.
  • Utilized Aspen Schedule Explorer (ASE) to analyze, monitor, and optimize production schedules, constraints, and manufacturing performance.
  • Collaborated with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate supply chain planning needs into AspenTech SCM functional and technical solutions.
  • Managed Demand Management, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and Production Planning processes to improve forecast accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Developed and executed SQL queries, stored procedures, and database validations using Microsoft SQL Server to support reporting, troubleshooting, and data integration.
  • Applied Linear Programming and optimization techniques to improve production planning, resource allocation, and supply chain decision-making.
  • Performed system configuration, enhancements, testing, deployment, and production support for the latest AspenTech SCM tools and application versions.
  • Integrated AspenOne SCM applications with ERP and enterprise systems to ensure accurate master data synchronization and seamless planning execution.
  • Partnered with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, and IT to deliver scalable SCM solutions, resolve production issues, and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, operations research, or related fields.
  • Experience with AspenTech AspenOne SCM solutions, including SP, CDM, PS, and ASE.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, material requirements planning, and production planning.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management.
  • Experience with linear programming and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
