About the role

Luna Wireless is seeking dedicated, dynamic, determined individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives for Detail (RSRs). This position is part of an Expert Sales Team dedicated to bringing the T-Mobile brand to life.

Responsibilities

• Generate energy and enthusiasm around our products and services, embodying the connected world we live in.
• Create meaningful connections with customers, developing new relationships and strengthening existing ones.
• Discover customer needs and have the passion to educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop skills in service and sales, delivering a world-class experience and retaining customers.
• Help customers continue their buying journey, whether online, through Customer Service, or in-store.
• Explore individual customer needs and showcase the latest technology in the store.
• Sell alongside the customer to find personalized solutions beyond a simple plan or device, including unique accessories and innovative IoT equipment.
• Treat customer service and sales issues calmly, with integrity and compassion.
• Consistently use digital tools in interactions and processes to demonstrate:
• Our fast LTE coverage in the customer's neighborhood.
• How T-Mobile plans and services allow customers to live without limits, feel valued, stay connected, and go further.

Requirements

• 6 months of experience in customer service and/or sales (preferable in a retail environment).
• Competitive salary plus commissions.
