Location: Lakewood, NJ | On‑site | Full‑time

Pay

$16.00 per hour

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday, 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Monday – Thursday, 2nd Shift: 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM

Responsibilities

• Inspect, weigh, and pack finished product according to established procedures.
• Monitor product flow to processing machinery and resolve issues as needed.
• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the production process.
• Report machine performance, downtime, and production data each shift.
• Work closely with the Quality Control team to keep production areas clean and compliant.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) in production areas.
• Show up ready to learn, grow, and contribute to a hardworking team.

Requirements

• Ability to walk in manufacturing areas for extended periods.
• Occasional ability to lift up to 25 lb.
• Comfort working around machinery, variable temperatures, and a fast‑paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• No prior experience required—just a willingness to learn and succeed.
