ASO Manager
Responsibilities
- Own the ASO strategy for a flagship EA SPORTS title across the App Store and Google Play, including roadmap development, prioritization, and performance targets.
- Develop and maintain keyword strategies across branded and non-branded terms, using search demand, competitive insights, relevance, and share-of-voice analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Design, execute, and evaluate conversion optimization initiatives, including Custom Product Pages, Store Listing Experiments, and Custom Store Listings. Apply sound experimentation practices, including hypothesis development, sample sizing, and statistical analysis.
- Conduct competitive and category analyses that translate into clear, prioritized recommendations.
- Partner with creative, user acquisition, product marketing, and brand teams to develop and optimize store assets, including icons, screenshots, videos, and messaging.
- Forecast the expected impact of ASO initiatives and measure performance against targets and projections.
- Share insights, best practices, and learnings across EA's mobile portfolio to help advance the discipline of ASO.
- Able to translate complex or ambiguous data into clear, actionable recommendations and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ASO, mobile growth, or app marketplace optimization, with a demonstrated track record of improving organic acquisition and conversion performance.
- Hands-on experience with ASO platforms such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, or similar tools, as well as App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Looker.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and experiments simultaneously while maintaining analytical rigor and attention to detail.
- Experience evaluating or optimizing content for AI-driven, generative, or emerging discovery surfaces.

British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria)
*$92,900 - $129,200 CAD
California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco)
*$104,400 - $157,400 USD
Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane)
*$99,100 - $129,800 USD
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
