We expect communication and accountability from every department. That's what “Row the Boat” means to us. Quality Still Matters Flagging hours matters. So does fixing the vehicle correctly. We want technicians who take pride in their workmanship, perform thorough inspections, document their diagnosis, follow repair procedures, and understand that every completed vehicle represents both their reputation and ours.
