The company is recognized as a trusted authority for all Government, Commercial & Industrial projects involving proper Hazardous materials handling and Demolition.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct field crews and subcontractors
  • Cookordinate onsite work
  • Responsible for getting job completed in a safe and efficient manner
  • Ensure implementation of project specific work plans
  • Manage crew’s labor and equipment time to achieve maximum productivity and meet budgets
  • Interface and communicate with clients in a professional manner
  • Oversee delivery and off-loading of supplies and materials
  • Complete daily field reports

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an Asbestos, Demolition or Construction Supervisor
  • Minimum of 2 years related field experience with construction and management
  • Ability to read blueprints and drawings
  • OSHA 10 and HAZWOPER 40 required. If not current, willing to get certificate within 30 days of hire
  • 40 hour Asbestos Supervisor certification required
  • High School Diploma, GED, or vocational schooling preferred, but not required

Qualifications

  • Must be able to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, walking, carrying, and using a force equal to lifting 50 to 100 pounds
  • Qualified Candidate must be able to pass a physical examination by medical professional for the anticipated work requirements
  • Must be able to pass a background check and be able to obtain access to military bases across the United States
  • A valid driver’s license is required, as well as a safe driving record as measured by company policy

Total Rewards

  • Compensation Range: $27.00 - $32.00/hour
  • Health Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on the first day of the month following date of hire
  • Retirement Plans: 401(k) – 100% company match on the first 4% of employee contributions
  • Paid Time Off & Holidays: 80 hours per year PTO, 56 hours per year sick time, 8 company-paid holidays per year
