Asbestos Litigation Attorney

About the role

The California Offices of Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Francisco are seeking an attorney with 3 – 12 years of asbestos litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in asbestos-related cases, including attending hearings and taking depositions
• Silicosis litigation experience is a plus, but not required

• Admitted to practice in California
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment

Benefits

• Annualized salary range: $200,000 - $350,000, depending on the candidate’s overall relevant experience and other job-related factors permitted by law
• Discretionary bonuses may also be awarded annually
